The anti-immigration British National Party was ordered to admit blacks and Asians should they apply to become members after a legal victory for the UK Government's Equality & Human Rights Commission.
The BNP has three months in which to implement the ruling of the British courts.
Until now, the BNP has only allowed people of "indigenous Caucasians" and related groups to join.
Whether or not Asians and blacks decide to join will be freedom to choose, as the BNP was forced to comply with European-wide legislation.
