Germany was the runaway winner of Eurovision Song Contest 2010 hosted by Oslo tonight. Lena, a 19-year-old, sang Satellite and was the surprise scoop of the night, only the second German ever to win the contest, now into its 55th year. The previous success for Germany was in 1982. Poland's Marcin Mrozinski with song Legenda was not in the final, having failed at the semi-finals held mid-week. But Britain's entry didn't fare a lot better. John Dubovie with ironically-titled song That Sounds Good To Me, scraped into the bottom position with just 10 points in the final. But Britain is assured a place in the final next year as it is a founder of the European Broadcasting Union.
